Carol Urtz & Associates was awarded First Place in the Best Decorated House category during the eleven house Homearama in West Chili. Carol Urtz and Joan Schultz teamed up with kitchen designer, Linda Parnett, to deliver a stunning 3,100 square foot home decorated in a casually elegant style.  This home also took Second Place for Best Overall House. Judging took place during the show and was conducted by independent judges.
